What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and the features on it: the enquiry form, the careers board, and the application status lookup. They are between you and JPG Infotech LLC.
They are not a services agreement. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate signed contract, and if that contract and this page ever disagree, the contract governs.
No engagement is formed
Everything published here is general information about our practice, experience, partnerships, and open roles. Reading it, or sending us a message, does not create a consulting, employment, partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Descriptions of services, sectors, and platform capability describe what we do generally. They are not commitments about outcomes on any particular piece of work.
Acceptable use
You may use this site for lawful business, informational, and employment purposes. Please do not:
- probe, scan, or attempt to bypass any security control, or test the service without written permission;
- submit malware, or a file that is not what it claims to be;
- impersonate another person, or apply on someone else's behalf without their authority;
- harvest personal information from the site, including by automated means;
- place load on the service that interferes with anyone else's use of it.
We rate limit form submissions and log security events. If we think a request is abusive we may block it without notice.
Enquiries you send us
Sending an enquiry does not oblige us to take on the work, and unsolicited information is not treated as confidential unless we have a confidentiality agreement in place. Please do not send trade secrets, credentials, regulated data, personal data about third parties, or anything export-controlled through this form. If the subject is sensitive, say so in general terms and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
Job applications
Applying does not guarantee an interview or an offer. You confirm that what you tell us is accurate and that you are entitled to share it, including anything about previous employers. We may verify what is relevant to the role where the law allows it, and we may change or withdraw a position at any time.

Intellectual property
The text, design, drawings, code, and original material on this site belong to JPG Infotech LLC or are used with permission. The JPG Infotech name and mark are ours.
Third-party names and marks are the property of their owners. Amazon Web Services, AWS, Google Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, and the names of the individual services and certifications listed on this site are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc., Google LLC, or their respective holders. CDISC and SDTM are trademarks of the Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium. We refer to them by name to describe the platforms we work in and the certifications our engineers hold. No sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation beyond what is described in words on this site is claimed or implied, and we do not reproduce those owners' logos.
Customer logos shown on this site are the property of the customers concerned and are used with their permission. Photographs on this site, including the opening image on the home page, are released under a public-domain dedication and are captioned as illustrations. None of them depicts JPG Infotech LLC premises, staff, or equipment.
You may read this site and print or save a reasonable number of copies for internal evaluation. You may not republish it, sell it, present it as your own, or use it to imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.
Third-party services
This site runs on third-party infrastructure and links to third-party platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or policies. Following an external link takes you outside these terms.
Availability and accuracy
The site is provided as it stands and as it is available. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that every page is complete or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance and change happen.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the site changes. The revision date in the title block above tracks the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
